Enterprise ID/Password Help
- Internally - For assistance with Enterprise ID questions, like looking up your Enterprise/LDAP ID or to resetting your Password, click on http://hr.intra.sears.com/ and navigate to Enterprise ID Password Reset in the lower right hand portion of the page.
- Externally - For assistance with Enterprise ID questions, like looking up your Enterprise/LDAP ID or to resetting your Password, click on the Lookup ID/Reset Password.
- Help - Contact the IT Help Desk at 877-742-6948 in the event there are questions after reviewing the above help links.
